Return eligibility
Once you receive the item, you have 30 days to request a return.
Item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging.
You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return process
Please contact us at support@lusailstore.com to request a return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and provide detailed return instructions.
Returns without prior request will not be accepted.
Damage and problems
Please inspect the items immediately upon receipt of your order. If an item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately.

EU 14-day cooling-off period
If items are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without any valid reason.

Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer will bear the shipping costs. The specific cost depends on the courier company you choose.

If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our fault, consumers do not need to bear the shipping costs.

At  yoloball, we value each and every single customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customer as soon as possible. Normally you will receive your order in 7-25 business days from the date that it is placed.

Currently, we are not able to provide international delivery services to the following countries or regions

If you use direct shipping calculation: Your order total is over $69.99, we will ship for free. Your order total is less than $69.99, we will directly calculate your order shipping fee of $6.98. You will see this amount at checkout.

PROCESSING

• It normally takes 1-3 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.
• It takes longer for us to process pre-ordered items, please refer to our preorder page for more detailed information.

Order Tracking

• After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to track the shipment status of your package on our logistics partner's website: https://www.17track.net/en.
• Shipping method: YunExpress, USPs, 4PX

SHIPPING

Shipment takes approximately 9 to 21 business days to reach destination countries.

Please contact this email support@yoloball.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted. Appreciate your kind understanding.
